AustAsia Group was established in 1979 as a business broker and real estate agency, assisting with business advice, property investment advice and the acquisition and sale of properties. Today, the Group of Companies facilitate a complete range of financial, investment, property, corporate, business and management services. The Group maintains strong family values and specialize in providing services for small to medium sized businesses.

AustAsia Group is an independent Group of Companies. Each member of the Group is owned by the Directors and have no financial ties with any fund manager, superannuation company, life insurance company or bank. This allows us to act in our clients best interest and we can offer a wider range of investment and financial planning solutions. This level of independence is RARE in the financial services industry and provides our clients with a unique advantage.

This includes the lodgement of all statutory compliance forms, providing advice and guidance to the Board of Directors, preparing Directors Resolutions, keeping of company minutes, share registry services, and the general care and maintenance of company files.
